• 24-hour shifts from 8 am - 9 am next day
• Approximately 10 shifts between January and April
• Average census of 13 patients, up to 17 - 18
• Work with neonatologists 8 am - 3 pm, independent practice after hours
• Babies down to 23 weeks gestation
• Intubation, chest tube placement, umbilical venous line placement required
• High-risk delivery attendance and ground transport duties
