- Schedule: 24-hour call, 7a–7a, includes up to four hours daily rounding
- In-House Call: No
- Dates Needed: December 24–29; January 20, 22; March 17; April 22
- Average Onsite Time: Generally less than six hours per shift
- Call Structure: One Midwife, One OB/GYN, and One MFM
- Support Staff: Full office and delivery staff available
- EMR: Epic
- Reason for Need: Supplemental coverage

**Clinical Details**
- Scope includes C-sections, D&C, laparoscopies, circumcisions, tubal ligations, and operative vaginal deliveries
- Typical call scenarios: VBAC labor, post-cesarean rounds, CNM or ED consults, or maternal transfers
- Patient Volume: Variable; average 2–6 hours of hospital time per shift
- Trauma Level: I

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC
- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Comfort managing both low- and high-risk obstetric cases
- Clean background and responsive documentation turnaround

**Compensation**
