**About the Position**
-Full-time, hospital-employed position within a well-established hospitalist team
-Work 2,000 hours per year across day, swing, and night shifts
-Provide inpatient care in collaboration with a dedicated multidisciplinary team
-Manage a range of adult patients in an **open ICU** supported 24/7 by Critical Care specialists
-Work closely with subspecialists in cardiology, gastroenterology, oncology, nephrology, and pulmonology
-EPIC EMR used system-wide for seamless documentation and coordination
-Focus on sustainability, patient-centered care, and physician wellness

**Qualifications**
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
-ACLS certification required
-Basic IM procedures preferred but not required
-Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills
-Eligibility to work in the United States
