Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted CRNA license in the state of practice.
- Current NBCRNA certification.
- BLS and ACLS certification (PALS may be required depending on facility).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of CRNA experience preferred.
- Proficient in a variety of anesthesia techniques including general, regional, and MAC.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an anesthesia care team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and patient assessments.
- Administer anesthesia including general, regional, and local anesthesia.
- Monitor patients during surgical and obstetric procedures.
- Adjust anesthetic levels based on patient response and clinical judgment.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and manage recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
- Comply with all hospital and regulatory protocols and safety procedures.
