- Board-certified Dentist licensed in the State of Illinois
- Minimum of three (3) years experience as a practicing dental provider
- Completion of facility orientation and security clearance Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and emergency dental examinations and oral health assessments.
- Provide pain management and perform necessary extractions within the scope of licensure.
- Administer appropriate local anesthesia, medications, and antibiotics as indicated.
- Maintain accurate dental charts, treatment notes, and patient records.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, sterilization, and OSHA standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and dental health practices.
- Coordinate referrals or follow-up care with medical and nursing staff.
- Participate in quality improvement, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory monitoring.
- Any other duties as assigned.
