We’re seeking a dermatopathologist to join a busy Los Angeles practice on a locum tenens basis. You’ll work across hospital and outpatient settings, providing both clinical coverage and call. Start ASAP with ongoing coverage.
What you’ll do
- Examine skin biopsies and other tissue specimens to render accurate dermatopathology diagnoses.
- Collaborate closely with dermatologists, oncologists, and clinical teams to guide patient care.
- Produce clear, timely reports and maintain meticulous documentation.
- Follow and uphold laboratory quality standards and regulatory requirements.
What we’re looking for
- Board certification in Dermatology and/or Dermatopathology.
- Active California medical license (or eligible).
- Hands-on experience working in a dermatopathology laboratory.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication with clinicians and staff.
