Requirements:
- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology and either Internal Medicine or Cardiovascular Disease
- Active Idaho license or IMLC (LOQ at time of name clear)
- Clean malpractice and no background issues
- BLS certified
- Must be COVID-19 vaccinated
- Must be able to cover most or all listed dates
