- Shift Schedule: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) – specific days TBC
- Rate: $38 per hour
- Valid and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in any U.S. State or Territory
- BLS (AHA)
- Minimum of 6 months of LPN/LVN experience
- Administer medications as prescribed (oral, intradermal, subcutaneous, or intramuscular)
- Assist with distribution of medications at pill line
- Monitor and evaluate response to therapy
- Perform skin testing
- Perform venipuncture for laboratory specimens
- Record and document patient care activities, including health history and diagnostic testing
- Process lab work, including filing on a daily basis
- Maintain accurate logs of all reports per institutional policy
- Screen laboratory tests/results for normal/abnormal values and notify physicians
- Ensure all sharps are secured, accounted for, stored, and disposed of according to policy
- Assist mid-level practitioners and physicians in the management and oversight of chronic care clinics
- Review clinical records to ensure legible and accurate data entry
- Provide services in compliance with established guidelines and standards of care
- Perform any other duties as assigned
