Role: Registered Nurse — Hospice (Contract/Travel)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (8-hour shift)
Schedule: Every 4th weekend
Duration: Contract/Travel
Rate: $2,396 per 40 hours

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois RN license
  • 2+ years of nursing experience
  • Hospice experience required
  • Dedicated hospice admission experience — highly preferred
  • BLS (AHA) certification

Other Requirements:

  • Candidates must provide permanent address; local candidates will not be considered.
