RN House Supervisor (Night Shift) — Kane, PA (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Kane, PA, as a House Supervisor. This is a full-time, night position (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with rotating weekends. The role is available ASAP.

What we’re looking for

• Current Pennsylvania RN license (or temporary work permit at time of interview)
• BLS (AHA) certification
• COVID-19 vaccination
• Nursing home experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical foundation: medical asepsis, body mechanics, resident personal care, correct use and care of equipment
• Solid observation, reporting, and documentation skills
• Good communication and the ability to follow written and verbal directions
• Professional, courteous demeanor toward residents, families, and coworkers
• Willingness to learn and comply with facility policies, procedures, regulations, and philosophy
• Awareness of cost containment, efficient time use, and proper equipment care

Responsibilities (high level)

• Oversee resident care and staff on the night shift
• Ensure accurate observation, reporting, and documentation
• Support infection control and safe care practices
• Maintain a professional environment focused on the needs of elderly residents
