Required qualifications:
- Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Oregon
- Minimum of 3 years RN experience
- 2–3 years Critical Care experience
- Recent acute care hospital experience preferred (within past 5 years)
- Acute care experience within past 2 years or intermediate/progressive care experience preferred
- BLS (American Heart Association Healthcare Provider)
- ACLS (American Heart Association) — current or must be obtained by the last day of the month following a six-month grace period
