- Board certification in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neuromusculoskeletal conditions
- Perform interventional procedures and provide procedural recommendations
- Develop and oversee therapy and rehabilitation plans
- Collaborate with rehabilitation and pain management teams for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with institutional policies and regulatory requirements
