Requirements:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or relevant NP certification)
- Current state license
- Experience in Wound Care or Surgical Assistance preferred
- Knowledge of wound assessment, staging, and management
- Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and multidisciplinary environments
Responsibilities:
- Perform wound evaluations, staging, and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized wound care plans
- Assist with debridement, dressing changes, and other wound-related procedures (if credentialed)
- Monitor wound healing and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with clinical standards
