Occupational Therapist (OT) — Full-Time, Seattle, WA

We’re looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Seattle team full time. This position starts ASAP and follows an 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule. You’ll work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where compassion and clinical excellence matter.

What we need from you

• A current Occupational Therapy state license or proof you’re eligible for one.
• A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

What you’ll do

• Provide thorough evaluations, screenings, and reexaminations to establish diagnoses, set goals, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy and select activities that match each patient’s abilities and interests, adapting approaches as needs change.
• Design, fit, and train patients in the use of adaptive devices and functional activity skills, tracking progress and adjusting treatment accordingly.
• Coordinate care by consulting with the rehabilitation team and referring patients to other disciplines or community agencies when appropriate.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support staff as required.
• Maintain treatment schedules and complete clinical and billing documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in patient care conferences and other work-related meetings to support coordinated care.
• Order, maintain, and clean supplies and equipment; report repair needs promptly.
• Maintain a safe environment by identifying and eliminating fire and safety hazards.
• Prioritize patient service to ensure high-quality care delivered with compassion.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
