Occupational Therapist (OT) — Full-Time, Kingsburg, CA

Join our Kingsburg, CA team as a full-time Occupational Therapist. Immediate start. Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Requirements:

• Valid California Occupational Therapy license or proof of eligibility
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans and goals; perform routine reexaminations and adjust plans as needed
• Screen, examine, and document patient progress in accordance with clinical and billing requirements
• Design, fabricate, and instruct patients in use of adaptive devices and functional activity skills
• Select therapeutic activities aligned with patients’ abilities and interests and train patients in their use
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team and refer to other disciplines or agencies as appropriate
• Supervise OT assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support staff when required
• Participate in patient care conferences, staff meetings, and related clinical discussions
• Maintain a safe environment by identifying and eliminating hazards, ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment, and reporting repair needs
• Prioritize compassionate, high-quality patient care and complete other duties as assigned by management
