Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapy state license or documentation of eligibility
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation

Role overview:
Provide compassionate, high-quality occupational therapy services through patient-centered evaluation, treatment planning, and skilled intervention. Supervise and collaborate with OT assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support staff while ensuring safe, effective care and compliance with clinical and billing standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Screen, examine, and evaluate patients to establish diagnoses, treatment plans, and measurable goals
• Design and implement individualized therapeutic programs; adapt plans based on patient progress and needs
• Train patients in functional skills and use of adaptive devices; assess and document outcomes
• Select activities that match patients’ abilities and interests to maximize engagement and recovery
• Conduct routine reexaminations and adjust treatment regimens accordingly
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team and refer patients to other disciplines or community agencies as appropriate
• Participate in patient care conferences and work-related meetings; maintain timely clinical and billing documentation
• Supervise OT assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel as required
• Maintain a safe treatment environment: identify and eliminate fire and safety hazards, order and maintain supplies and equipment, and report repair needs
• Prioritize patient service and perform other duties as assigned by management
