Requirements:

Active RN license in GA
2+ years of experience in OR
BLS, PALS, PEARS, CNOR certifications
Call required – 2 4's, 2 8's, 2 12's minimum per 6-week period
EMR: Epic
Pediatric experience preferred – Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes experience
Must have Flu vaccination
