Occupational Therapist (OT) — Full-Time, Stevens Point, WI

Join our Stevens Point, WI team as a full-time Occupational Therapist. Start date: ASAP. Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

You will:

• Supervise OT assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support staff as required.
• Assess, screen, examine, and evaluate patients to establish diagnoses, treatment plans, and measurable goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment programs, adapting approaches to patient needs and abilities.
• Select and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and functional activities; monitor and document progress and adjust plans through routine reexaminations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team and participate in patient care conferences; refer patients to other disciplines or community agencies when appropriate.
• Maintain treatment schedules, complete clinical and billing documentation accurately and timely, and attend work-related meetings.
• Ensure a safe therapeutic environment by identifying and eliminating fire/safety hazards.
• Order, clean, maintain, and report repair needs for supplies and equipment.
• Prioritize compassionate, high-quality patient care and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapy state license or proof of eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
