- DEMENTIA EXPERIENCE/MANAGEMENT
- NIHSS strongly preferred
- EPIC experience
- This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

- License/Certifications - (Current Nursys, BLS, ACLS and PERM ADDRESS)
- New Hampshire license (Compact Allowed)
