Requirements:

Minimum 2 Plus Years of Psych Experience
AMSR and CPI/Welle
MUST BE A LICENSED, INDEPENDENT CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LISCW)
Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients
Supervisory referencesfrom the last 2 years of employment
Traveler must have their own vehicle

Massachusetts license
