Responsibilities:
- Perform wound evaluations, staging, and assessments
- Develop and implement wound care treatment plans
- Assist with debridement, dressings, and other wound-related procedures (if credentialed)
- Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members
