- Coverage Period: ASAP – Ongoing
- Typical Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 2–4 weeks per month
- Call: Nights and weekends as needed; beeper call; call ratio 1:3 or 1:4; 15-minute response time
- Practice Mix: 75% outpatient, 25% inpatient
- Patient Volume: 10–16 patients/day
- Rounding: Yes
- Procedures: Cystoscopy
- Support: 1 RN, 3 MAs, 7 office staff; 4 APPs in practice
- EMR: Cerner
- Trauma Level: II
- Pediatric Patients: None routinely; may treat pediatric patients emergently while on call

- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance: Covered
