• 24-25-hour shifts, 8 am - 9 am for handoff
• Level III NICU with ADC 13, can get up to 18 babies
• 3 or more shifts per month with flexible scheduling
• Intubations, chest tubes, umbilical lines, and arterial lines
• Coverage needed due to staffing challenges
• 23+ week with mix of feeder grower and intensive care
• Independent overnight coverage with MD on call
