Compensation: Travel: $2,106/36 hrs; Local: $2,074/36 hrs

Overview:
Join a collaborative healthcare team to provide client-centered occupational therapy services aimed at restoring independence and improving quality of life. This position requires strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Current, active Occupational Therapy state license
• CPR and BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental needs to identify functional limitations and set measurable goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the care team
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance activities of daily living, safety, and independence
• Recommend and train clients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices
• Teach and practice functional tasks and self-care skills with clients
• Provide education and support to clients and families on condition management and strategies for independence
• Monitor and document client progress; revise treatment plans as needed
• Communicate and coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive services
• Maintain accurate clinical records, including evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries
• Support clients’ transitions back to community and work settings
• Stay current with practice standards and participate in ongoing professional development
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
