Job Description

  • Total compensation potential exceeds $600k annually?
  • Base salary plus annual quality incentives up to $50k?
  • $40k commencement (sign-on) bonus?
  • $8,000 annual CME, licensure, dues, subscriptions plus paid CME time?
  • Student loan assistance offered?
  • Hospital-employed position?
  • Complete benefits package including 401k match?
  • Paid malpractice coverage?
  • Level IV Trauma Center designation?
  • Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital?
  • 96,000 sq. ft. hospital expansion: 5 OR suites, 2 endoscopy suites (flexible to 2 more ORs), 15 pre/post-op rooms, 7 PACUs, scenic OR break room, new cafeteria/dining facilities?
  • Schedule: four 10-hour shifts per week?
  • Average patient load: 13"16 per day?
  • Scribe support available?
  • Supportive team and environment?
  • Epic EMR
  • New Vyntis PFT system?
  • Full-time, permanent opportunity
