Call ratio: 1 in 5
Less than 5 phone consults per 24 hours
5 patients seen during call
3 admissions during call
Scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
