Job Description

Lexington, KY hospital is seeking a nocturnist NP to join their dynamic team. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Enjoy competitive compensation and flexible scheduling in the vibrant and safe city known for horseracing, college sports, bourbon, and more.

Semi-open ICU with 24 hour intensivist coverage. Procedures not requred. Established team of 20 physicians and 6 APPs. Work alongside a culturally diverse team with a balanced mix of experienced providers and new graduates.. Collaborate closely with hospital administration, participating in committees and projects to improve hospital operations and patient care.. Enjoy a supportive work environment with regular touch bases and social gatherings outside the hospital to foster team cohesion.. Competitive compensation package with additional bonuses.. $30,000 commencement bonus.
