**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
- Start Date: 1/12/2026
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7a–7p
- Shift Expectation: 182 shifts per year (full-time equivalent)
- Call: Beeper call; 30-minute response time; Q4 rotation
- Patient Volume: 8–10 procedures per day
- Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Temporary Privileges: Available
- Case Logs: Must be submitted at time of bid

**Clinical Details**
- Vascular and interventional radiology focus
- 300 VIR procedures required in past 12 months
- Embolization of cerebral aneurysm: case logs required
- Carotid stents: case logs required
- Intra-arterial stroke therapy and neurointervention: case logs required
- Procedures:
- Fine needle aspiration
- Bone marrow biopsy
- Paracentesis
- Thoracentesis
- Core needle biopsy (lung/mediastinum)
- Liver biopsy
- Tunneled central venous access with port placement
- Dialysis catheter procedures
- IR injections

**Requirements**
- Active OK license or IMLC
- Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
- Fellowship in Vascular & Interventional Radiology
- Completion of ACGME/AOA diagnostic radiology residency
- ACLS
- Clean malpractice and background
- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days

**Compensation**
