**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Start Date: December 2025
- Shifts: 24-hour call, 7a–7a
- Availability Needed: 5–7 days per month, ongoing
- Setting: Inpatient consult service (no admissions)
- Patient Volume: 8–10 new or follow-up consults per day
- Procedures: 5–8 scopes per day
- EMR: Epic
- Support: GI consult service; hospitalists and intensivists on site 24/7
- Trauma Level: I

**Clinical Details**
- Required procedures: scoping, ERCP, EUS, endoscopy, GI bleed management, evaluation of GI problems
- Population: Adults, geriatrics; adolescents 15+ years / 50 kg for trauma
- Service model: Consult only; no admissions
- Monthly call blocks with callback expectation (average 11.5 hours)

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Gastroenterology
- Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ required at submission)
- Active DEA
- ERCP experience
- Availability for December coverage
- Must acknowledge required preferred-hotel lodging
- Must acknowledge mandatory Epic training (modules, virtual training, onboarding sequence)
- NPDB self-query strongly preferred
- GI fellowship
- Clean malpractice and background
- Credentialing timeframe: emergency privileges 1–2 weeks with clean file; full 60–90 days

**Compensation**
