**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
- Schedule: One week per month, Monday 7a–Monday 7a
- Daytime Duties: Inpatient rounding 7a–7p
- Night Call: Beeper call 7p–7a
- Patient Volume: 10–12 per shift
- EMR: Epic
- Response Time: 20 minutes
- Call Ratio: 1:4
- No admissions required
- Start Date: ASAP

**Clinical Details**
- Strictly advanced heart failure (no transplant)
- Critical care–focused role
- Management of ECMO (VV and VA)
- Management of Impella
- Management of durable LVADs
- Participation in shock program
- Primary attending responsibilities for ECMO and LVAD

**Requirements**
- License: No specific state requirement
- Board Certified
- Advanced Heart Failure–trained or Critical Care Cardiology–trained
- ACLS and BLS
- Comfortable with ECMO, Impella, and LVAD management
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
