This is a permanent position.
Opportunity Details:
Full-time Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) opportunity in outpatient Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within an established Orthopedic and PM&R department
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage medication therapy
Utilize EMR systems for documentation and coordinate care for spine, musculoskeletal, and chronic pain conditions
Access to advanced procedures, including ultrasound and fluoroscopic-guided interventions
Supportive onboarding and collaborative environment with a long-standing community reputation
Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher from an accredited NP or PA program
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new graduates considered)
Experience in Pain Management or related specialty a plus
Must be insurable under professional liability coverage
Compensation & Benefits:
