Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and support patients in regaining independence and improving their daily function. You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
Responsibilities

Provide therapy interventions according to the OT’s plan of care
-
Accurately and promptly document patient progress
-
Assist with educating patients and families on care and exercises
-
Communicate updates, changes, and concerns to the supervising OT
-
Follow all safety, infection control, and facility compliance guidelines
Qualifications
-
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
-
Active state COTA license (or eligibility to obtain one)
-
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
