Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and support patients in regaining independence and improving their daily function. You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy interventions according to the OT’s plan of care

  • Accurately and promptly document patient progress

  • Assist with educating patients and families on care and exercises

  • Communicate updates, changes, and concerns to the supervising OT

  • Follow all safety, infection control, and facility compliance guidelines

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

  • Active state COTA license (or eligibility to obtain one)

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
