- Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI#)
- Must Complete all pre-employment training mandated by the agency and facility Responsibilities
- Provide dental services including advanced dental care and treatment to elevate the oral hygiene of all individuals.
- Implement best and safe practices in treatment.
- Provide timely, and accurate charting of clinical encounters using our electronic medical and dental records of the residents with intellectual disabilities.
- Written treatment plan with justification of irreversible dental treatments.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Maintain effective communication with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate organization of patient records, schedules, and logistics.
- Present clinical and procedural information clearly to teams and relevant parties.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
