Are you a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) who enjoys solving complex medical problems? Are you looking for an opportunity with daytime flexible hours? TeamHealth has the perfect opportunity for you to join our team! As a TeamHealth post-acute care clinician, you will provide primary care coverage for patients in our skilled nursing facility Monday - Friday.
TeamHealth provides support for clinicians by creating a collaborative work environment through the cohesive GehriMed EMR system. In clinical situations, you have a responsive back-office team to offer additional support. Clinicians also have unlimited access to training materials and robust CME access through TeamHealth's employee portal.

Qualifications
Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $125k - $148k with no cap on productivity income potential.
Clinicians trained or practicing medicine in the following disciplines are encouraged to apply: family, primary, internal, adult, post-acute, home health, hospice, and hospital medicine. Apply today!

- Monday through Friday, flexible daytime schedule

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- Current NP or PA license (State of North Carolina) and DEA
- Experience in post-acute, acute, emergency medicine, or clinic settings preferred but not required; new grads welcome to apply
- Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook
- Able to commute, relocate, and provide in person rounding in Canton, North Carolina

Join a team that provides primary care, wound care, palliative, rehabilitation and behavioral health services at post-acute care facilities including skilled nursing, assisted living and other long-term care facilities.
