• Outpatient Family Practice (Full Scope)
• 4x10 schedule; no call, no weekends
• Strong clinical support: Multiple Nurses and MA’s
• Diverse patient population with broad acuity and age range
• Physicians and other clinicians on site

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner (FNP or ANP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Open to new grads who are enthusiastic about fast-paced clinic work
• Must be motivated, adaptable, and ready to make a real impact in a rural setting

Compensation & Perks:

• Highly competitive hourly rate (DOE)
• Optional short-term housing reimbursement (up to 3 months)
