**Assignment Details**
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p (10-hour shifts possible)
- Patient volume: 18 patients per day (minimum 18 PPD)
- Setting: Outpatient family medicine
- EMR: Epic
- Support staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs
- Additional details: Includes some chronic pain management; chart closure within 72 hours
- Travel: Lodging coordination available through facility housing coordinator

**Clinical Details**
- Well-woman care
- IUD insertion/removal
- Newborn care (preferred)
- Infant, toddler, child, adolescent care
- General outpatient pediatrics
- Adult primary care

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine (≤5 years post-residency)
- Active CA license
- Active DEA prior to start
- BLS
- Immunizations required prior to start: Flu (2022–2023), TB test/X-ray within 90 days, MMR, Hep B, Varicella titers or full series, Tdap within 10 years
- Credentialing timeframe: 45–60 days
- No hospital privileges required

**Compensation**
