**Assignment Details**
- Start: ASAP
- Coverage type: Call only
- Setting: Outpatient & inpatient (call for unassigned patients)

- Response time: 1 minute

- Support staff: MA, 2 APPs, 2 office staff
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days
- Urgent need: 11/24–12/1 at 8 AM

**Clinical Details**
- Low-risk pregnancy
- OB ultrasound – viability and anatomic
- Amniocentesis
- Routine vaginal delivery, low forceps, c-section decision-making
- Complicated deliveries including c-section, breech, multiples, abruptions, VBAC
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Office GYN: IUD, colposcopy, cystoscopy, cryo, LEEP
- Open and laparoscopic GYN surgery including ectopic, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA
- Laser not required

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Active North Carolina license
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Full-scope OB/GYN experience
- Hospital privileges required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
