**Assignment Details**
- Schedule: Mon–Thu 7:30am–5:30pm clinic with night call; Fri–Sun 24-hour remote call
- Setting: Outpatient clinic + infusion center
- Duties: Diagnosis, staging, treatment, symptom management, MD oversight of clinic + infusion
- Infusion center requires MD onsite during treatments
- Volume: 15–21 patients/day shared between MD + NP
- EMR: iKnowMed (clinic) + Cerner (infusion)
- Support: 1 clinic RN, 2 MAs, 2 front office clerks, 1 analyst/biller, 3 infusion RNs, long-term NP
- Credentialing: 30–60 days; MSO requires app completed within 3 days of confirmation

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology (will consider single-boarded)
- Active state license
- Medical Oncology fellowship
- CA DEA
- ACLS, BLS
- Clean malpractice preferred
- Availability at time of name clear

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
