A leading cardiovascular program in Tulsa is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiac Intensivist to join a specialized 18-bed CVICU. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a comprehensive acute and durable mechanical circulatory support and cardiovascular intensive care program, offering advanced procedures and collaborative patient care.

Position Highlights
• Join a dedicated team of Cardiac Intensivists in a CVICU integrated with advanced cardiovascular services
• Participate in a Cardiac Intensivist-led ECMO/Shock program, including V-A/V-V ECMO and percutaneous RVAD cannulation
• Care for critically ill cardiac patients including post-cardiotomy, cardiogenic shock, and pre/post mechanical circulatory support device implantation
• Work alongside multidisciplinary cardiovascular teams including LVAD/transplant surgeons, CVT surgeons, electrophysiology, cath lab, cardiac imaging, and structural heart programs (TAVR, MitraClip, ASD/PFO closure, VSD closure, LAA closure)
• 7-on/7-off schedule with experienced APP support

High-Level Skills Preferred
• Management of the entire cardiac ECMO process, including VV ECMO, VA ECMO, cannulation/decannulation, and patient retrieval/transport
