**Assignment Details**
- Start: 1/26 (4-hour orientation), 1/27–2/2, 2/8–2/16
- End: Ongoing coverage into 2026
- Inpatient practice
- Scheduled clinical hours plus call
- Call structure: 24-hour call, 7a–7a
- Call type: Beeper
- Call response time: 15 minutes for neonatal emergencies
- Average callbacks per 24 hours: 8.44 weekdays, 6.49 weekends
- Rounding: Assigned patients
- Average in-house time approximately 5–6 hours per day
- Admissions required

**Clinical Details**
- Inpatient pediatrics coverage
- Emergency department pediatric consults
- Rounding on newborns and inpatient pediatric patients
- Stabilization and transfer of critical patients
- Occasional attendance at high-risk deliveries (approximately 1–2 per month)
- No circumcisions performed
- Nursery level: Level II nursery with Level I nursery support
- Neonatology phone support available

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active Oregon license required, IMLC accepted
- DEA required
- Neonatal resuscitation experience required
- Must have performed at least two of the following within the last 24 months: endotracheal intubation or ventilation management, newborn care, lumbar puncture, umbilical line placement
- Clean malpractice and license history

**Compensation**
