Job Description
A well-established healthcare facility in Idaho Falls, ID, is seeking a Locums Gastroenterologist Physician to provide both outpatient clinic care and 24-hour on-call coverage. This is a short-term opportunity offering a mix of weekday clinic hours and call responsibilities.
Schedule:
- Outpatient clinic: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 24-hour call coverage as needed
Clinical Requirements:
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Must be able to perform ERCP procedures (do not submit candidates who are only ERCP certified)
- Familiarity with ECW (eClinicalWorks) EMR
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the outpatient clinic
- Cover 24-hour call, responding to urgent gastroenterology needs
- Perform gastroenterology procedures including ERCP as required
