**Assignment Details**
- Schedule: Clinic + call
- Clinic hours: 8a–5p
- Call: 1:4, trauma call included; 15-minute response time
- Coverage need:
- Dec 23–Jan 5 (can accept Dec 23–31 or Dec 29–Jan 5)
- Ongoing ~7 days per month starting January
- Practice mix: Clinic, call, and OR
- Patients per day: 14–16
- Setting: Outpatient + inpatient
- Support staff: 3 MAs, 3 APPs, 5 office staff
- Supervision: APP supervision required
- EMR: Cerner
- Privileging: Temporary privileges available; ~60 days to credential

**Clinical Details**
- General Otolaryngology
- Endoscopic procedures: septal, sinus, laryngoscopy
- Tracheotomy
- Thyroidectomy
- General head & neck surgery
- Preferred but not required: extended parotidectomy, facial surgery, rhinoplasty, complex head & neck

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- BLS
- Any state license considered
- Ability to supervise APPs
- Experience with both adult & pediatric ENT
- Trauma call capability

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
