• 24-hour shifts from 8am to 9am next day, averaging 3 shifts per month
• Average census of 13 patients with up to 17-18 patients
• NICU with babies down to 23 weeks gestation
• Work with neonatologists 8am-3pm, independent practice after hours
• Intubation, chest tube and umbilical line placement required
• High-risk delivery attendance and ground transport duties
• Autonomous practice in high volume, high risk environment
• Approximately 10 shifts between January-April with flexible scheduling
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
