APP: 10a–10p

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible
ABEM not required
FM or Urgent Care physicians accepted with appropriate ED experience

Required Certifications (AHA only):
BLS
ACLS
ATLS
PALS
No malpractice claims or pending claims (Marshfield will not accept new locums with any history)
Clean file required for temp privileges
