• 1,800 hours/year shift-based, $565k plus incentives
• Ortho-heavy practice with low trauma mix
• 1:10 call rotation with weeknight and weekend coverage
• Adult and some peds; OB (routine), regional, spine, vascular (no hearts)
• 10 weeks of PTO, $7.5k CME, and health/life/disability/retirement
