• 7 on/7 off schedule Monday - Sunday
• Clinic hours 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch
• 12 patient encounters expected per shift
• Level 2 trauma center
• Outpatient and inpatient practice setting
• 1:2 call coverage
• 30 minute call response time required
• Both clinic and inpatient rounding
