Seeking a BE/BC Radiation Oncologist to join practice.
- 2 Locations: Fairfield & Bridgeport
- Work with advanced technology and a collaborative team committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and compassionate patient care.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, advancing clinical innovation, and supporting our mission to provide accessible, compassionate oncology services across the region.
- Must have clinical interest or desire to specialize in gastrointestinal (GI) and lung cancers.
- Provide direct patient care in radiation oncology across both Bridgeport and Fairfield campuses.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team, including medical oncologists, surgeons, radiation therapists, physicists, and nurses to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee simulation, contouring, treatment planning, and on-treatment management in accordance with institutional and national standards.
- Lead adaptive planning and daily re-optimization using Varian Ethos technology to enhance treatment precision and outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case conferences.
- Engage in education, mentorship, and potential clinical research in alignment with Hartford HealthCare’s academic and community mission.

Bridgeport: Equipped with a Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator, offering cutting-edge treatments including IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, SRS, and SBRT.
