- Experience: Experience with botox for spasticity management preferred
- Other Qualifications: Ability to practice independently
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outpatient spasticity management
- Perform botox injections for appropriate patient cases
- Maintain clinic workflow two days per week
- Collaborate with existing physiatry program
- Document accurately in Epic EMR
