**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: December 21, 2025 (5 p.m.)
- End Date: December 23, 2025 (4 p.m.)
- Schedule: 24-hour call
- Setting: Inpatient + outpatient consults
- Call Ratio: 1:7
- Reason for Coverage: Vacation
- EMR: Epic
- Consult volume: 5–10 inpatient consults/day during call

**Clinical Details**
- All general GI procedures required
- Upper endoscopy including biopsy, foreign body removal, bleeder control, variceal injection
- PEG placement
- Esophageal dilatation/manometry + interpretation
- Small bowel biopsy
- Sigmoidoscopy (flexible + rigid)
- Colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision
- EUS and ERCP preferred but not required
- No supervision of APPs
- No admissions required

**Requirements**
- PA state license or IMLC
- Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years of fellowship (ABIM GI)
- GI fellowship training
- BLS
- Must be able to cover required dates

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
