- Phone Consults: 2-3 per day
- Annual TCV Volume: 400 pumps
- Case Mix: CTHS
- Required Procedures: - Aortic dissections - Emergency ECMO/Impella - Rarely CABG/cardiac trauma consults
- Other Info: - The elective CABG/valve consults can be dealt with by primary TCV after the weekend. - If the staff surgeons are on PTO then the locums will cover that period too; PTO dates to be identified.
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
- HI License or IMLC
- BC
- ACLS
- CSR/CDS
- DEA
- Health Immunization/vaccination (with dates)
- Recent NPDB
- CV in MM/YYYY format
- Gaps of 30+ days must have explanation provided
